Your $120.00 per month fee or Insurance includes:
Your initial intake process
Weekly to monthly medical provider visits
Your suboxone prescription if determined safe and appropriate by the medical provider
Weekly support group session with trained clinicians
All supplies to mail your sample drug testing, including postage
Access to online recovery resources
Unlimited access to staff in the form of email or telephone for any needs you encounter
We do not offer Subutex. We refer those to other providers.
Your $120.00 per month fee does not include:
Any medications prescribed
Any supplementary laboratory testing recommended by your medical provider
Non-recovery-related medical services
